We accept any return and refund. We will refund to buyer by cash. Please read the below conditions:
1. Please request for exchange or refund within 7 days after receive your item(s). Call us directly or email to [email protected] with order number (and photo(s) upon requirement). (Walk-in for return and refund is available, please bring along your original receipt, appointment required, please contact us.)
2. Buyer MUST return the item(s) AFTER confirmation of exchange or refund.
3. Buyer MUST ship out the item(s) using courier service within 3 working days and send us the tracking number from the day of confirmation of exchange or refund.
4. The returned product(s) must be in the original selling condition with tags. Worn, washed, altered and man-made damage products will not eligible to return and refund.

6. Bras and underwears are not refundable due to hygiene problem.
7. We will not entertain any return and refund that does not meet the above conditions.
After we received the returned product(s):
For EXCHANGE |
We will ship out the item(s), give the tracking number and refund the postage within 2 working days. |
For REFUND |
We will refund full-priced of the returned item(s) and postage (postage not included for reason "Not Satisfied") within 2 working days. |
For the reasons: Wrong item(s) sent & Defective item(s), please MUST send the postage receipt softcopy along with your bank account number to email: [email protected], we will refund to you after we received the return product(s).
